Matrix A
This is ideal when you may look to spend up to 12 consecutive weeks in your second home. Each ‘season’ has its own distinctive benefits; you may wish to enjoy sunshine and mild temperatures when winter has set in at home or require the traditional summer months due to school holidays. Whichever ‘season’ you decide on, the property is yours for one quarter of the year, every year. Prices do reflect the demand of the particular times of the year that you own.
Matrix B
This matrix allows a little bit more flexibility; you can own any number of blocks of six week periods of the year. This is perfect for owners wishing to experience different times of the year, or when commitments back home make it easier to come out twice rather than take a whole three months. Prices do reflect the demand of the particular times of the year that you own.
Matrix C
Our most flexible option really allows each owner to experience every season, with two weeks guaranteed in the most popular weeks of July and August you can either enjoy the heat of the Costa’s summer or sit back at home and benefit from the rental income. The rotating nature of this matrix gives you the opportunity of staying in your property more regularly for periods of up to four weeks at a time.
Matrix D
In response to feedback from a significant number of clients, we have introduced fractions that last the duration of each calendar month. For example own your property outright in; January for winter sun and golf, July for school holidays and rental income, and September to enjoy comfortable warmth at the end of summer. Prices do reflect the demand of the particular times of the year that you own.
Matrix E
Similar to Matrix B only split down further into smaller three week periods for even greater choice, or to dip your toe in the water of the fractional ownership system at a lower cost. Prices do reflect the demand of the particular times of the year that you own.
